These terms are designed to ensure frictionless interaction between our principal manufacturers, FRIHCUN as the regional representative, and you as the end operator or installer.

2. Intellectual Framework

All intellectual vectors, including engineering schematics, product representations, digital assets, and textual content distributed through our platform remain the exclusive property of FRIHCUN or our respective manufacturer partners. Unauthorized replication or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Representation Boundaries

While we strive for absolute accuracy in technical specifications and commercial parameters, the dynamic nature of industrial manufacturing means that specifications are subject to modification without prior notification. FRIHCUN acts as a conduit and cannot be held liable for discrepancies originating at the manufacturing source.

4. Commercial Transactability

Engagement through our platform does not constitute a legally binding purchasing agreement until a formal commercial contract or purchase order has been ratified through our authorized distribution channels.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

These operational terms are governed by the established legal framework of our central administrative jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these agreements will be resolved in accordance with these regional tenets.
